A large variety of healthy and delicious food can be found on our elaborate breakfast buffet. Our guests highly praise our breakfast buffet.
On warm days breakfast can be enjoyed on our sunny terrace overlooking our herbal garden.
Wellness Area
Free of charge you can use our: New alpine sauna lounge which includes a Finnish sauna, a herbal bio sauna, and a steam bath. Versus a deposit a fluffy bathrobe and towel can be lent.
Allgäu-Walser-Pass Premium - Your Digital Guest Card
The Allgäu-Walser-Pass Premium is your personal guest pass and includes many exclusive benefits all year round - free or discounted services.
You will receive this personal pass with QR code by e-mail approx. one day before your arrival (through the so-called pre-check-in, where you can fill out your registration form in advance and thus receive the pass) or at the latest when you check in at the hotel.
The pass can be used conveniently digitally. With the Allgäu-Walser app, the benefits are even available offline. Of course, you can also print out the pass to take with you.
In the app there are also other additional packages (e.g. ski passes) that can be purchased additionally. We will be happy to purchase and add additional packages to your guest pass for you on site.

Mobil Pass Allgäu
With the MOBIL PASS ALLGÄU, integrated in your Allgäu-Walser-Pass, you can travel free of charge on buses and local trains
- in the municipality of Oberstdorf,
- in the Upper and Western Allgäu,
- to and in Kempten,
- to the Tannheimer Tal,
- on some lines in the Bregenzerwald
- and as far as the Lake Constance district.
The MOBIL PASS ALLGÄU is your ticket and is automatically activated on your Allgäu-Walser-Pass Premium.
Exceptions: The tourist private bus line 8 in the direction of Spielmannsau as well as the Walser buses from Walserschanz and the Giebelhaus (Hinterstein) bus line are subject to a charge.

In the summer season the mountain railway ticket can be booked without charge
From May to November 2025 the mountain railway tickets can be booked for free on date of arrival. Unlimited use of the tickets for the following mountains:
- Nebelhorn
- Söllerckbahn
- Fellhorn- / Kanzelwandbahn
- Walmendingerhornbahn
- Ifenbahn
- Heubergarena
Travel as often as you want to view the beautiful Allgäu alpine region.
When staying one night only, you have the option either on arrival or departure day, to obtain the mountain railway ticket free of charge at our reception.
The bus (which is also free of charge) to the "Stillachtal" stops directly in front of our hotel!
Parking area free of charge
There is of course a free car park available for your car during your stay at the hotel. We have parking spaces directly in front of the hotel, at Haus Schrofen (just opposite of the main house) or in the parallel street (which is a maximum of 2 minutes' walk away).
You are also welcome to park in our own underground car park for a daily fee. Two e-charging stations (wallboxes) are available to our guests for charging.

Guided tour in our kitchen- and wild growing herbal garden
In the summer season on certain days our grandfather (senior boss) will take you on a guided tour to show and explain approximately 80 different kinds of kitchen and wild growing herbs. Afterwards he gladly invites you to taste a sample.
