Our Kitchen

We are well known for using and selecting fresh herbs from our own wildgrown herbal garden.We cook without flavoring enhancer, with iodized salt, with Grander (revitilizing) water and mainly with local products. Of course we are equipped to organize all kinds of festivities such as birthdays, anniverseries, weddings etc.

Breakfast

Our special breakfast buffet consisting of a a large variety of delicious and healthy food, on warm days we serve breakfast, beverages and all meals on our beautiful terrace overlooking the herbal garden and the magnificant mountains of Oberstdorf.

Wildgrown herbal garden

With a magnificant view from the garden terrace and from our new winter garden onto the wildgrown herbal garden, as well as onto the beautiful mountains .... on the terrace in the evening our fireplace is heated which provides a real cosy and romantic atmosphere.

Half Board

Our half-board includes a 4-course meal. There are 3 menus from which you can choose among other things a vitality menu, Haxen(a local speciality) knuckles of meat - and Kässpatznessen (a local speciality home-made noodles with different kinds of melted cheese and roasted onions), a special fresh fish and herbs day.
Please bring a lot of time along to enjoy your meal.
